  • Your order will be accepted after we receive the payment and/or according to our agreement 
  • Minimum order is 100 euro for fish / products
  • Accepted payment method are bank transfer (IBAN)
  • Please mention your Invoice Number and your Surname in the bank transfer
  • You can tell us a specific date you want your fishes to be delivered
  • Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 
  • If the shipping address is located in the countries that mentioned above , the fish will arrive between 11:00 am and 18:00 pm the next day of our shipping 
  • If you want species that they are not in our stocklist, please do not hesitate asking us  
  • We are happy to hear from you after you received your order
  • If something went wrong or you received dead fish on arrival (DOA),please send us pictures/video by email. Only then we can accept a complaint and give you refound
